There are several items you must bring when applying for a passport. You must have two valid passport photos, which can be taken at most photo centers. You also need to bring a certified copy of you birth certificate.

For Routine Service:
Receipt within 6 weeks---fees non-refundable

Age 16 & over:
Passport Fee: $55.00 Execution Fee: $30
Total $85.00

Under Age 16:
Passport Fee: $40.00 Execution Fee: $30.00
Total $70.00

Renewals by mail: $55.00 (when applicable)
There is a service fee of $40 to renew an old passport.

Expedite Service for DS-11 & DS-82: $60 additional per application
(This amount is added to regular fees.)

Overnight Delivery Fee is $27.30 per person.
